Lynn is the Managing Director and co-founder of Mango Group. Aside from the overall management of the company, she is actively involved in the Strategic Planning for all brand communication campaigns, a passion that takes her back to her roots.

Having started her career with Unilever Myanmar in 1995, Lynn later ventured overseas gaining experience across Southeast Asia, before returning to Myanmar, crossing the trenches and leading Mango Marketing Services.

Lynn, holds an Undergraduate Degree in Commerce and a Master of Business Administration from Yangon University of Economics.

‘The Mother Hen’ of the agency, ‘Ma Lynn’ as she is fondly referred to, takes pride in leading and occasionally guiding her ever expanding brood at Mango on both work and life.

Thet began her journey at Mango at its very inception in 2004. Having started her career at Bates Advertising in 2000, she then joined forces with the founders of Mango Marketing Services and today is the General Manager of the organization.

Having started her professional career at several leading FMCG organizations, her 17 year advertising career, has seen her work and manage communication campaigns for clients globally, regionally and locally.

Thet holds an Undergraduate Degree in Commerce and a Master of Business Administration from Yangon University of Economics.

Jim graduated with an Advertising Fine Arts Degree in Manila. Originally from Philippines, Jim started his career in Vietnam before making the move the Mango in 2012.

Over the past 7 years in Myanmar , he has gathered a strong understanding for local nuances and insights that has seen his create and led numerous campaigns for Mango.

His expertise spans across Art Direction, Creative Direction, Strategic Ideation and Team Management. His body of work extends across various categories including FMCG’s, Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic Beverages, Consumer Electronics, Mobile, Personal Care, Financial Institutions and NGO’s.

He currently leads the creative design team on Telenor Myanmar.

Jim, an artist in every sense, is an accomplished musician a passionate photographer and a dim-sum eater!

Having started his career at TBWA/TAL in Colombo Sri Lanka as a Junior Copy Writer, Mario rose through the ranks to lead the creative team at TBWA by the time of his departure from the agency in 2010. He then joined Ogilvy Action in Colombo where he took on the role of Creative Group Head.

Mario’s tenure at Mango began in 2014 and since has extended his efforts across Creative Writing – Ideation – Strategic Brand Development and Creative Direction.

His client portfolio includes global clients -Telenor Myanmar, Coca Cola, EAC, Unilever, Dialog Telecom, Fonterra Brands, Glaxo Smithkline, CEAT Tyres and AIA Insurance as well as some of Sri Lanka’s largest brands including DSI, Maliban Browns Group, The National Savings Bank and Arpico Group.

His work has been recognized at Spikes Asia, Ad Fest, The Abbeys, The Reggie Candappa Awards, The Chillies and The Effie Awards.

Mario is a member of The Workshop Players Theatre Ensemble in Sri Lanka and loves everything Jamie Oliver!

Lester has accumulated over 13 years of advertising experience and knowledge having worked at JWT, DDB & Seven AD in the Philippines before relocating to Myanmar where he has gathered over 6 years of agency experience working on regional accounts as well as a strong local clientele.

His portfolio of clients include a fair sprinkling of global accounts including Mc Donalds, J & J and Nestle among others. He has also been the account lead for Telenor since its inception in Myanmar leading the growth of the brand across all sectors.

Currently, Lester leads the Client Servicing Business Unit at Mango.

A fitness fanatic, Lester also hopes to convince JK Rowling to include him in the next edition of Harry Potter!

Alyssa jumped on the Mango Marketing bandwagon in 2016. Her switch to the strategy team came following over 3 years of experience and exposure to the local nuances having worked in Media Strategy at Mango Media.

Her previous experience in media strategy enabled her to work on strategizing and planning media campaigns for Mango Medias FMCG clientele as well as developing the New Business Unit.

Alyssa holds a Masters Degree in Population and Development from the London School of Economics.

An avid lover of nature conservation and a keen deep sea diver, Alyssa harbors ambitions of out swimming and tagging a sea turtle some day!

‘Sasa’ bring over 10 years of holistic marketing service experience to Mango that she gained from working with advertising agencies in Jakarta, Indonesia.

There she sharpened her skills by working on global, regional and local clients including Indofood, Phillip Morris Indonesia, Johnson Home Hygiene Panasonic, Buavita from Unilever, Ultra Mimi, Promina and Sun.

Having spent over the decade in the filed of marketing services her path led her to lead the biggest tobacco brand in Indonesia. Her entry to Myanmar was when she developed and led a roll out campaign for a telco company in Myanmar.

When she’s not travelling or experiencing something new, Sasa can be found plotting on how she be the mother of dragons. Don’t tell her cat!

Adrianne brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Mango with over a decade of holistic marketing service experience gained across multiple channels including Brand Management, Advertising and Market Research.

While in her native Phillipines, Adrianne handled brand, data analytics and market research work for Globe Telecom, Inc. (Singtel). While her vast agency experience includes working with Nestle, Kraft F&B, KFC, Samsung, Unilab Pharmaceuticals and Personal Care.

Adrianne leads the Strategy Team at Mango, working closely with both clients and creative to craft insightful communication for the local audience.

She loves food, travel and is always up for an adventure, preferably in a fast car!

May started her career in Brand Marketing before joining Mango back in 2010. Having joined initially as a Client Service Executive, she currently leads the Client Service team on several key accounts at Mango.

Her client portfolio includes Unilever, Coca Cola, Acecook, Oishi and Samsung. Her work for Unilever in particular has enabled her to gather valuable experience working through ATL Campaigns as well as countless BTL Campaigns including Sampling, Road Shows, Events etc.

Her expertise extends from overseeing the development of campaigns across all mediums, to managing project execution as well as leading and training junior account executives.

May who has always had a tough time pronouncing the sound ‘Tha’ has big plans this year on conquering this and pronouncing it correctly. Wish her luck!
